Thanks for shopping at www.Tools2Go.in. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All products are eligible for refunds and return only if they are not used and in original packing, failing to do so will lead to the product getting spoilt and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Sterling upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.

RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid)

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 business days from the date Sterling receives the product.
